Actually full moon is very bright, lowest iso 1/100-1/500 sec. Just that normal phone cannot spot meter the exposure correctly.

The launch presentation night mode sample photos, some are labelled as handheld while the stars and galaxy 20-30s should be on tripod.

Looking gsmarena sample night mode photos exif, normal lens are 6 sec, wide and telephoto up to 8 sec.

I'm sorry but as much as i loved the images on my friends Mate 20 pro.
I must say that was one disgusting keynote by huawei.

And i believe most of the audience there would agree with me.
Yes we know Huawei fakes images and uses DSLR images multiple times already.

But in that comparison with iPhone and S10, one could clearly see that the settings were completely different and just unfair by all means.

The most obvious would be the shot of the Northern Lights Aurora.
super long exposure on the Huawei versus a couple seconds on the Samsung and like 1/4s on the iPhone.
