Yes. My wife after upgraded to emui 10 encountered the following

The button to attach doc/files/photos no response. She has to hide the keyboard as a workaround so that that attach button will be responsive again. Not a major issue imo. How you manage to resolve your whatapps issue?

Omg. I has this problem too! So it's not my phone problem? It's the OS problem? It's super duper laggy to send a photo/video. Takes forever! But the problem has resolved already.
