Hi,
Just got my new p9. How do i disable the message preview on my whatsapp and wechat?
I want to hide the message but still show the message icon on the top left corner.
Pls advise.

Guys.. can I understand that P9 user will not able to use the DUAL SIM Function due to 2G cease operation from April? Or am I wrong?

This is where Apple is doing it right. Update for all devices at once unless your devices are too old.

Google should take back control of OS. This is doing things wrong just like having so many duplicate apps, so confusing for users.

So p9+ is going to be useless ?
2nd sim can't be use?

I see that oppo released a firmware to allow 2nd sim to be on 3g :(

Huawei asked users to buy a newer phone. Attached is the official statement. It's unfair for them to sell P9 plus(last year April) without informing consumers or given wrong information to users.

Statement by Huawei:

Telecommunications technologies are always evolving. That is why all Huawei flagship models, i.e. the P series (from P10 onwards) & Mate series (from Mate 9 onwards) dual-SIM feature support both 3G & 4G network to offer the best network options for Huawei users. The 2G slot alternates as a microSD card slot in Singapore and continues to support 2G connection outside of Singapore. - Head of Public Affairs, Huawei International Pte. Ltd.

jus tried, i still having 4g/2g service on my phone. used the 2g to make phone call, still can connect.

before i buy from starfug, the staff told me 2nd sim support 3g then i hoot one

Previously P9 was 4G+2G. But recently google and found it differ so i suspect recent batch may be support 4G+3G.:s12:.
