One solution is for forum participants to do their own due diligence.
They can start with internet searches done themselves to screen for any surreptitious affiliations Youtube channels like China Observer might have.
Then, they can have a glance at the types of videos the channel produces and their content. Is there a clear anti-China agenda? Is disinformation being weaponised?
Finally, they themselves can decide on how much credence they should place in these channels.

I asked the Malaysia Huawei as well, they said not sure but might have a chance, like Huawei Mate XT Ultimate.

Can install aurora app store with a little tweak.
Aurora inside have Play store, play store inside have all SG banking apps/singpass etc, but god knows whether they'll work, need someone to try it. But having used many china rom phones, nfc will NOT work, thats for sure, no compatible eWallet outside of china, so no paywave either.
No Android auto, no eSim.

Have ordered one to play, arriving in a few days time.
