Mbr is small. The kitchen cabinet internal is white. The wardrode is pole system, expensive to add addtl section. Small wardrode. No Whao factor

Don't mention. Can see that you are a good agent.

It's partly bcuz it's more 'centralised' but mainly bcuz it's near my family. Tho I'll prefer V's size and mrt. I hate buses!

icic. true la. the biggest pro for Visionaire & Brownstone is the Canberra MRT station. and coincidentally tis may be the biggest con for Hundred Palms. Hougang is very close to my heart.....stayed in Hougang Ave 8 for almost 30yrs before moving to Punggol 4yrs ago. Next yr maybe gg to sell & move back!

is it true that EC in Punggol or SK is harder to sell at good price due to many ECs and PC there?
