Just struggle. Then make more mistakes. Then become my fault. Then thrown under the bus. Pay for other people's problems.

Most of the things can be under our control, except life and death. How you think, you can learn to control. Because how you think affects your emotions and then actions. From TS’ posts like we usually see negative stuff and tone nia.
Also, therapist ish just a start. Ownself also need to adjust and find other useful resources out there to complement with the therapy. A few people in the thread mentioned Law of Attraction and The Secret documentary. It is helpful imo, but not all will belief and think much about it.
Most importantly, find out the root of problem. A lot of stuff ish not just seen from the surface. Like not happy at work then quit lor. Been there, done that a few times. But actually there are more to it.

Just trust that all these challenges are temporary and are a test, and good things will come soon as long as you do not stop. Drop all the self blame and people blame and just focus on what you wanna achieve next (earning more money).Sound like me

A lot of people think got money means no worries, sure happy. But that isn’t always the case. Everyone has their own problems. May not be a problem to others but ish a problem to the affected person and vice versa.If it isn’t terminal illness then it isnt a problem but rather your mentality towards the problem. I know 2 person that are well off and have no illness but chose to end their life. Cherish your life and don’t do silly things.
