I do mostly nth except to wait to rush rush to wait

Also my unit dun promote 3sg to 1sg.. most ppl stays as 3sg except the ps and csm

Ur co so free to give local promotion ? Lol
me too. I was favorited for promotion to 3sg from cpl on my last 3rd ict, but later csm and oc and we agreed the runway too short, so no point, so in the end sua sua kee liaoz.

My unit wants me to promote to 3SG during reservist during ICT

I said no

anyways what is wrong with staying in your current rank, at least can use as past glory

impossible.

lowest rank one can ORD and ROD with is PTE. cos once u POP, you will get PTE.

unless you never POP in the first place.
There are indeed people ORDing as recruits..

Some of them deliberately failed BMT upon recourse.

I know of one from 3SG until 1WO

Anyway if IPPT silver and above then every 2 years up rank one time
Not true .... Some people somehow can always up rank while some are always the same rank through our NS and Rod

Just curious, simi unit 1SG so common. Impression of not wrong, other places most 3SG stay as 3SG. Only those earmarked for CSM (or other key role one maybe?) then will be promoted 1SG and replace the unit CSM when go reservist.
