Landlord still can withhold address when rented out whole unit? Who is entitle to the voucher?
Property owner gets the voucher regardless who is the occupier.

Update: Understand now that it is by household so the household staying in the unit can claim the voucher. If property owner is staying in the unit, then he can claim the voucher.

  • Who is eligible for the CDC Vouchers Scheme?
Each Singaporean household will be able to claim $500 worth of CDC Vouchers 2025 (May) via the website go.gov.sg/cdcv.

Household address based on NRIC
Landlord can have a few properties but address in NRIC is one address only
So it depends on which address the landlord puts on his NRIC.
CDC is one lot only… claimed via Singpass account.

what is default/ separate set? cannot just share the link?

i thought if one resident claimed the vouchers, the rest of the residents can't claim anymore?
Even if you go to the Community Centre to print out the CDC vouchers, also by SINGPASS and PER Household of residents to share. Tis is NOT CASH to the citizen account.
Public rental household also get PER HOUSEHOLD - they do not purchase their rental HDB flats!

If a rich Singaporean landlord has 1 HDB and 2 Condo units. Possible can keep changing the nric data?

Landlord cannot claim if he DON'T STAY in the unit. It is an offence to rent out entire unit but did not declare to iras your unit is no longer occupier stayed.

From mothership

CDC vouchers are given out to each Singaporean household, and only one person representing each household can claim them on behalf of the whole household.

This "one set of vouchers per household" limit seems to have confused some into thinking that the limit is "one set of vouchers per residential address" instead, which is not the case.

"Wait, one address can receive multiple sets of vouchers?"

People living in a single address could actually be entitled to more than one set of vouchers, as there may be more than one household living at the same address.

Let's say this couple divorced and still stay together with their children. Means it is 2 different households can claim 2 sets of CDC?

Cannot. Blood or adopted relations are considered same household.
On the othe rhand If a couple is hosting a friend's family because they are waiting BTO, both families can claim their own CDC vouchers.

Correct, provided the SC tenant that has a Tenancy Agreement with stamp duty paid for renting the whole unit. Then Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore will know how to apply non-discounted property tax to the landlord. A landlord can only have one address for Discounted Property Tax and all other addresses will be non-discounted property tax unless not under his name, such as in the name of his mistresses/out of wedlock children?? But how many HDB people have mistresses and *******s in Pte properties, maybe EDMWers ?

Definitely has to put one address where he gets are residential (owner-occupied) property tax best. Since the ABSD gone up to 20% for 2nd property under own name, who still want/dare to own 2nd property nowadays. Those were probably the PG or MG era (owned by agents themselves), and they do their rentals among themselves too. They are self-employed who own cars also. Maybe own overseas properties. Children put in international schools. Come back SG need CDC vouchers to go michelin hawkers mah
