Just now gotten a lecture from a "boss" on 'why so slow!???? I want everything asap', who dont even understand my department of work.
Anw what can I do right.
MC 2 days last week also don't dare not to work cos my department only myself, hence working as usual throughout.
Still not all recovered and still need work until like dog. Even wfh work also cannot finish. Nvm.
So I just continue to deliver and sent an explaination why that task is cannot tackle by speed only as a wrong move can cause very detrimental impact.
He saw my work and my explaination.
End up he praised me.
But am I happier?
Imagine working like dog for a year only to be blamed for every single thing.
He only praised this cos I really see how my risk management truly makes sense. But there are still many other things always taken for granted.
I dont need praises, even no increment or bonus also doesn't matter anymore as I am resigning to fate, but getting unappreciated and doubt on every opportunity!??
