Is at bugis there right? I think you send in easier lah. They may still charge you for diagnosis fees la. Parts and workmanship is another portion if you agree to get it fixed after they give you the estimated cost of repair.

Yes, dimm refers to the ram. I suggest you try to isolate the problem first and determine if the problem is due to the RAM or motherboard. If you have 2 DIMM, try to remove one piece and swap them around or use a spare one. The manual contains detailed instructions to do this. If its just the RAM, then its easy to solve on your own. On the other hand, if its your motherboard that is causing the problem, then it may not be worth it to replace it.

Bugis side one is a collection centre. The main service centre is at Changi Business Park (near Singapore Expo).

u guys know when it will be out, and how much will it be. can we get it during this pc show. love this notebook to the max!!!!

UK Amazon is listing it for preorder at around S$2.6k, while the official launch in US will be sometime at the end of this month around US$1.3 - $1.6k. Lenovo is supposedly trying to price it aggressively to counter the MBA. No news on the pricing on the SG site yet, but I'm pretty confident that they will fleece you dearly for it.

US $1.3K is without tax and warranty. By the time it become available in Singapore. I believe it is going to be S$2.5K and above.
