If you're keen in some X1 carbons as my whole family of 5 own x1 carbon and we recently replaced all our laptops with x1 5th gens.

I have a X1 carbon Gen 3 i7-5600u 8gb ram 256gb SSD QHD Touch (1 month Lenovo Warranty left) and X1 carbon Gen 4 i7-6600u 16gb 512gb SSD QHD Touch (warranty ends 03/2020).

X1 carbon 3rd gen $1150
X1 carbon 4th gen $1750

To be honest for those getting WQHD it's never regretted.
Color wise very Rich and do shapers images.
For T460s body surface was smoother , no wonder feeling like more plasticy design.
Unlike X1 Carbon more rubber surface it's greater for touch it on.
Below the photos was T460s model.

Just got mine recently too and was wondering how the skin feels compared to native texture? Where did you get the skin from and is it difficult to apply?

Also do you know of any cases for the x1c6?

Quite easy to apply with wet fibre cloth.
For Carbon fiber sticker were a bit texture feel, but consider very smoothly.
I think have any case for Thinkpad laptops.

I think you guys don't believe WQHD display can achieve the good sRGB colors , very close to HDR of X1 C6.
For the reason to customise for WQHD is the best choice, cause it's still Matt display.

Yup HDR very rich, the colours all popping out.
MacBook retina display with 500 nits can't bet these.

Seems like cheaper than SG but not as cheap as US. Was thinking of buying from US and ship it back but not sure of the cost and risk.

For example 2k USD.
$2k USD = 2.66k SGD X 7% = 186.20 + 30 shipping
Round up = $2.876-2.9k for high specs.

Still consider cheaper than SG basic specs lol
