Delayed shipping to 23rd May for my supposedly 14th May

Btw, just curious. How many times can lenovo delay your order..? I mean Lenovo can keep on pushing your ship date or there is a limit to how much they can delay and recommit.

Is there also any other freebies to make up for the delay..?

Is Lenovo the only one that keep delaying customer order or its a common practice also with other laptop manufacturer..?

Lenovo products all comes from HK.

If HK couldn't supply enough parts they might try to delay your ordered, especially on your customised specs.

For normal standard packaged , i heard they can easily ship out within 3 days for US customers.

IF SG or MY still awaiting HK UPS delivery to you.

Lenovo, if you're reading this forum:
1. Your logistics have never improve over the years;
2. Your pricing sucks;
3. Everyday you change the available specs, 1 day there's HDR and the next day becomes WQHD;
4. Nobody appreciate your so called $0.01 laptop bag or mouse, they are so bad I threw them right after I receive it.

Kind of weird that Lenovo never offered to expedite the order with a reduced discount but rather they re-offered(a new order) with a 15% discount on a max X1 and then only to cancelled the X1 max out order again due to whatever reason...??

This sounds really bad on Lenovo. I have also chat with the CSO on whats the cancellation rate on online customer, on a scale of 10, 2-3 cases are cancelled due to whatever reason. That almost 20% in cancellation rate and really depends on your luck. So far, didn't come across any success story from online order from Lenovo... :(

Haha, should have went with a standard config. Well, I have no issues waiting so I can still wait. See how long they can drag it out for me.

I only need it in august.

Well, went in to comgateway to check on status.
ETA was updated from 14th May to 23rd May.
Status was changed from "Order Placed" to "In Transit".

Yeah. But still surprising, all come from same factory but prices varies so much for different locations

I am surprised on SG X1 C6 price like blood sucker.
To compare on X1 C5 price still reasonable, i was guess SG management really think's Singaporean rich like no tomorrow to have a high spending power. :s8:

An update regarding my order : Comgateway just emailed me stating my order from lenovo is being shipped to my US address.

Hope nothing will be wrong in the shipping part.

Seriously, but in the case Comgateway claim back for you, if any happen.
If they used ups to ship, cause not under you select.

Cos I read from lenovo forum, ups actually lost a laptop but just wait and see just a few more days.
