You meant local store ? or from online ?

Coz the bottleneck is at the factory in china. Even if you buy online via lenovo sg, they will order the laptop from china factory, unless ur specs is not very unique then it will be faster.

Dear Thinkpad fans,

Does anybody know where I could possibly buy the 6-cell 72Wh battery for a Thinkpad X260 (same as X240/X250/T440/T450/T460/etc...)?

I can find the 6-cell 48Wh easily but not the 72Wh (unless I get it imported but I would prefer getting it by the end of this week).

Thanks :)

I am very lucky to have a DEAD ON ARRIVAL thinkpad. My 1st and my last thinkpad. Returning the item. Totally not impress with Lenovo.

That's terrible. Fortunately my Thinkpad arrived fine. I suppose most electronic devices are still luck of the draw. Just exchange it, the next unit should be fine. At least it's local so hopefully it's lesser of a hassle to exchange.

Hi guys, what kind of third party docks you recommend for x280? I am assigned this model for work. Lenovo’s original one is too heavy. I saw j5 create USB 3.0 and USB C ones, the latter has PD2.0
Problem is, I got 2x monitor.

Anyone have experience on receiving a spoiled brand new laptop from Lenovo?

Lenovo informed me that they need around 21 working days to repair my brand new thinkpad. Which means it takes 7 weeks (from the time i ordered online) for Lenovo to deliver a working laptop to me.

The Lenovo CSO advice that a 1to1 exchange will take even longer for me to receive my laptop and they can only "expedite" my request.

What can i do now? Do i have a case to report to CASE to help?

I'm using Satechi USB-C with my X1 C6. It has mini-DP, HDMI and power delivery. I only have one monitor though.

Not sure what you are asking for but if you want a touchscreen, lenovo got to install the touchscreen hardware when they building it.

anyone who bought from US perk website, do they do any verification by asking for company email to make sure you are eligible for the corporate perks?
