yeah we do need u. we need check the juzz1 lenovo warranty for poly fair.

do u know? cos we not certain the so called 4th yr warranty is directly upgraded to ur side or what, but still thanks for ur help. anyway to find out ?

I was wondering also .
Brochure stats that there's 4 years warranty, but when I check it online, it shows 3 years warranty .

then u can let dasanyuan check n we will know the results. but if they sell through sch everything is 4yr why not straight 4yr too so funny.

yup. usually it takes longer to update... but always keep ur POP with u. its the best form actually. haha

Yes, in any case, also keep the printed brouchers along with the purchase receipt (if the recepit does not state the complimentary 4th year warranty implicitly).

anyway guys, just a note.

lets say u call up the technical support 800-6011-343 and u wanna log in a case, ask them what kind of warranty do u have if u do not know... cause alot of cases users do not know if they have onsite 4hrs or NBD. so just remember, if u send in to Changi, it takes about 2-3days. at Parkview, 5-7 days. 5-7 because of the time when machine send to changi & back. yes i know, we get reaction like WAH Y SO LONG AT PARKVIEW. its not long. its because of the transition machine goes to Changi & back here. the despatch only comes once a day. alright. so hope u guys take note.

I am really keen on buying the w510 and there are some questions i would like to enquiry pertaining to the product. and the sad thing is that this model was not available during the IT show. I assume you are working for lenovo? if yes, you will be the best person i could speak to! THANKS!!

I just join too. I love my Thinkpad T410!! Ya any good program to reccomend. Erm anyone uninstall the anti-virus that was given in the thinkpad from poly?

I think the Power Manager is good enough to monitor the battery.

What sort of monitoring are you looking for?
