Hi there! Can we know your set up? The iPurifier requires a 5 volt power from your source in order for it to work. If you have plugged the iPurifier alone at the back of the DAC, it will have no light because it is not working.. e.g. of proper set up: PC-USB Cable-iPurifier-DAC.

Songs are coming out from my DAC but iPurifier LED not lighted up

I'll ask my friend to bring that down on Thursday to your ION branch to check.

actually u can try plug into other device like .... printer... usb hub... or anything with same usb socket

could be your DAC doesn't use usb power *Guess only ah* hehe
