Yes. It is the old station. Yellow, classical building with a tower. If Sentral is opposite City Square, the old station is opposite Merlin Tower. Are you taking the free shuttle bus from Sentral at the old KTM station?
If you timing is right, by all means, else, I would rather take a public bus there, faster.

I don't fancy IKEA except maybe pricing wise, could be cheaper. Stuff there should almost be the same every where for IKEA? So I am not a fan

May be a bit bulky to carry the items back also. Not forgetting they are subjected to GST.

Yup intend to take the free bus at KTM station. What buses u take? Think if take bus cost more then 1sgd?

I intend to go there eat breakfast set w ice cream then eat meatballs and also the chicken wings (not sure if they sell in 1 or 2) hee hee. Makan is much cheaper than sg. Then just buy some small items (eg french press/tea pots/pillow) back to sg.

Most time, take bus to Tebrau Aeon. Many tried, bus fare RM2.4 but I think it might have gone up. My recent bus trip to Sentosa (8 Jan), driver charged me RM1.3 instead of RM1.2 both way same price.
You have to walk from Aeon to IKEA. Unless you know how to take BET 6 which I would not want to wait. Buses going to Tiram will pass there. Ask driver, they are willing to tell you. Or read off signage on the bus, its prominent feature. My usual bus 227 park at thee 1st bus bay slot at Sentral
