Let's summarize our understanding more objectively.

Be it illegear, Aftershock, SGcubehub or Mucro, they are all on equal stands. All of them face their complaints, all of them have their services as well. What differentiates between them will be
1) Level of services
2) Viable business model -
a) Long term business plans with proper growth plans. (illegear do not just depend on one product for their company, they have other brands too). The company cannot survive just base on 1 or 2 supersales person on 1 product in long term.
b) Decently profitable business plans
3) The people and staff who interacts with the customers.
4) After complaints customer recovery

This poll is started to see the reception a new brand in Singapore and whether there is a demand for it. So let's keep to this objective.

Because even assuming they were evenly matched in price, Illegear or Aftershock will have the versatile customisability that Asus, MSI and Alienware lack. Of course the major brands have their advantages too lah, my current P150EM produces more fan noise compared to my old G73 which was designed to have quiet fans, etc. But the major brands don't have that customisability that enthusiasts like to have.

Noted. We are already focusing on Asus, MSI and Alienware already in our stores. Now just trying to see whether there is a market for customizable laptops.

Yea i totally agree with you. For me i wanted a customize laptop so i dont mind spending abit more for it
