Update 16-May-25:

Installation done within 2 hours
I asked the workshop to install the screen inside a bit
Can mute the sound via the screen
Can dim the display via the screen
Card unit installed at the bottom of driver seat, accessible is not an issue

So far touch wood no hang no beep no heat up

And IU no. stays the same

It's a seamless transition

Might want to ask them to install the screen first to disable the warning sounds, then remove it. I have yet to install but I heard they can be quite annoying, will beep when you enter school zone, bus lane, when there is a traffic cam.

Also, unless they've updated the app, I think you can't disable those warning beeps on the phone app.

Add screen is good. Very helpful. Can help you monitor when is the bus lane , speed camera.

dependent on your make and model, try not to install the main unit next to your leg , like this circled one

i tried on a friend's car and that thing was in the fugging way of my left leg, very gao wei. after driving about an hour, that thing is warm.

Yes. Do this.

Else you will be stuck with forever beeping.

And install the card unit under your seat.

If install display, u better tell the installer where to install cos blindspot is real, screen made until so big....

and night time is so glaring even on minimum setting.

sagu suggest to discuss with installer where you want the main unit to be located, it’s usually installed on the driver side unless……

depends on the type of vehicle. main unit will get warm and v annoying if u constantly feel something warm up your leg while driving and its not a chiobu

Just install the processing unit under your seat. Don't need the screen.

Just use ezlink cardless for erp and car park.

In case car park cannot use ezlink card less function, just use cash card to tap or insert the gantry.

Install without screen and remember to ask volume to be set zero. No issue for me without alerts as I have never need such alerts driving all these years. Your dashboard will look very clean. You can install LTA app to check the cashcard value though i seldom need to check.
