Essentially a free balance transfer.
You could split your total Citi credit limit by 2 take a Citi payall loan of 50% using 1 citi card and then next month pay it off using another citi card. So you can keep rolling over upto 50% of your citi credit limit

Hi thinking of using Citi PayAll to pay for my insurance premium but the insurance company is not listed in the Citi PayAll app. Is there any other category I can use?

I'm a little confused by the 2% fee / $0.50 whichever is higher.

If I use my InstaRem Card, linked to my Citibank CC, and pay for local purchases, would I incur the 2% fee?

Then I read that people would top up GPMC using Amaze Card and then cash out from GPMC. And that's the part that would be charged 2% from 20 Feb.

I'm totally confused.

No fee unless u using the Amaze card (linked with card e.g. citi rewards) to top up ewallet, ezlink, transitlink, pay broker, quasi-cash etc.

No. You will only be charged the fee if you use your linked card to top up e-wallets or prepaid cards, or make trading, crypto and EZ-Link wallet top-ups in SGD. amaze shared the affected MCCs and merchant examples in their notification.

How will they know? You pay your dbs account using Citi payall and then from DBS account transfer to your UOB bank account and then from UOB bank account payoff the Citibank credit card. How is this different from a normal payment?

Anyone can enlighten on this? I pair my citi pm with amaze to pay for hotel oversea. Only get 1.2 miles. Isit because amaze does the FCY, and that’s why citi recognize it as local spend?

Amaze now also limits the amount of credit card u can change from the current 5 max linked ones in the account. I tried to replace 1 of my linked card to another, it prompted an error. So much restrictions now & the 2% charge for top ups on prepaid, ewallet,,etc, basically nail the perks we used to enjoy previously.

Guess it is now direct top up from Revolut for encash is the only way, no more credit card benefits by doing so.

That’s weird - could it be a temporary error? Amaze website still states “Combine up to 5 of your cards…”

So with 30k credit at 4%, that works out to be about $100/mth

But you mentioned amaze has annual txn limit of 30k, so not really able to roll more than a month?

As of now I believe Grab still allows top ups via Prepaid wallets, so Amaze is only one of the wallets. I can think of Youtrip, Revolut etc as possible wallets to top up and send cash to bank. I would imagine it is just a matter of time this will also get nerfed.
