Can use the Amaze card details in the Instarem app to add to Google Pay?

i just got my Amaze card today, linking to the dbs wwmc. Some questions pardon me:

1. Do you guys use it like a cc? i.e. just tap as paywave?
2. I see that it can be used to link more cards, is it possible to choose which card it charges to before I use Amaze for each transaction? e.g. I have a mastercard that I use for petrol, so can I link that card in the amaze app, pump petrol, use amaze to pay for petrol and get 1% more cashback?

hi all, need some help here regarding the points...
i signed up for amaze card last month and saw that there's this 400 points (saw that 300points has expired liao). how to use the points? is it auto deduct from purchase? say if i pay $10 using the card, it will offset the 400points automatically and just deduct $5 from my cc/dc? i rem i used this card to top up grab previously and the points not deducted.

instarem points can only be used to offset remittance.

your pt 2 about petrol. just take note if the tnc or card targets a certain petrol stn and give rebates later in the statement such as Esso DBS card pls avoid using amaze cos they need the charge directly from the petrol kiosk and not via amaze to award the discount/rebates. the risk reward for attempting to get 1% amaze but risk losing a much better/higher value rebates is not worth it.

Oh thanks. I guess I should avoid then as I’m using POSB everyday for SPC which gives rebates based on card charged

still have ah, maybe what u paying is excluded from 4mpd or your reached the bonus points cap for the month?

thanks mate, yet to hit the $1k cap and amaze convert any legitimate spend like fnb or hotel dining to online right, but dont see it credited in rewards statement, its ok will call and ask thank you

so all those you didn't get is travel related or hotel related spends? CRMC has been very straightforward when it comes via Amaze straightaway online so long it doesn't touches exclusions

all hotel fnb buffet in their cafe but somehow its tagged as lodging MCC, in the end all didnt get 10x points. didnt bother to appeal with CSO even if i still have the receipt because restaurant is in the hotel, secondly its technically not online.

At least i know now hotel is excluded, always take CRMC + amaze for granted

I made several txns on 1st Feb using Amaze linked to DBS WWMC but they are posted as 31st Jan. I had already spent $2000 in January so the txns only got .4mpd instead of 4mpd. How is this possible? I wasn't even in the country where I used the Amaze card on the 31st and arrived on the 1st Feb. There is no way they happened on the 31st. Is this a known issue?
