I have also reported here my Raffles Medical spend via amaze didnt get 10X citi rewards. Maybe this is a recent change they have done to exclude amaze.

I just spent today at Fairprice $32. Ideally I should get 320 points, lets see. I will report back here. Good thing is Citi immediately credits the 10X points as soon at the transaction posts, unlike DBS which does it once a month.
when was the raffles medical spend posted? no points or 1x points?

Hey. you are exactly right. the base cashback is 0.25% of the transaction excluding cellarbration.

Yes - the cellarbration was a last minute purchase I did to be counted to hit $800. i am happy that it got included in this statement but it appears Citi system did not acknowledge that.

Strange that the Call Center was blaming Amaze earlier.
I've gotten burnt before by these kinds of last minute purchases not being counted with various cards/banks. Usually it takes multiple calls/chats/secure messaging to sort it out, as you need to find a CSO who "gets" the problem, and helps you fix it. That's why nowadays I always hit the minimum spend well in advance of the statement close date. Citi especially is pretty unpredictable as to when items post in the account.

hi guys, for those already using this card:

When this card mentioned "link 5 credit/ debit cards to this InstaReM card" so for example, I link one citibank credit card and one OCBC credit card to this InstaReM card.

When I make my purchase, there will be a drop down list on the app in my phone for me to select to pay with which card?
u select the active card in instarem app BEFORE you use Amaze card for the purchase.
