what happens if you accidentally deleted the credit card from the enrolled 5 cards, when you are expecting a charge back/refund with 14 days as the original transaction was not successful but yet got deducted via Amaze and the underlying credit card?

must that credit card be one of the 5 enrolled cards in the amaze app in order for the chargeback/refund to happen or it doesn't matter (i.e someone managed to get the refund back to bank's credit card even tho card is deleted in amaze)?

not necessary.

I have multiple refund went to different cards. Actually you can gain through this by setting default card to the wallet or low earning card to earn the difference.

recently when i cross over causway to JB , i am unable to use amaze card to pump petrol at malaysia Shell.
After enter the card and PIN, always got error transaction decline. have enabled cross border txn already.

No issue when i change to use dbs altitude visa card.

Anyone encounter this ?

My common spending are
1) petrol in jb currently using youtrip
2) parking.sg app
3) government tax spending.
4) cashcard top up through ez link app

All these are currently excluded for cashback.

If I were to use amaze instarem to fulfil these transaction, can I get cashback on these?

I had similar issue. Complained to Instarem, and after more than 1 week, they are still investigating.. lol

If i want to pay for petrol in jb and I want to compare rates between youtrip vs amaze, how can I see the rates for amaze?

As I know for youtrip, I can use the currency conversion via mastercard website.

But not sure how to see for amaze?
