trying the Intel Xess feature test from 3Dmark and it seems in future Intel will need this upscaling technology in game to sell better their GPU in budget segment, average 15fps~30fps gain from 1080p to 4k using default Ultra Quality set, yet

Assuming all 3 GPU makers have equal market share, I think game developers will prefer DLSS the least. FSR is great because it should work on consoles and also cross GPU agnostic. XeSS will be second because it is GPU agnostic. However given that Nvidia have a sizeable market share in the dGPU space, the battle will be between FSR 2.0 and XeSS to see which is easiest to integrate and offers the best results.I don't know xess will be selling point or not, there's dlss and fsr already. I think resizable bar will be more likely? Heard there's huge performance leap with the ARC cards.
t400 has always been available locally. can get local set w 3y warranty off lazada (vii pc) for 250.Don't think Quadro T400 will reach our shores either.
still cheaper than what u can get an a380 for, on taobao they are over 250 with shipping and cc fees. anyway, the 6400 performs more consistently and doesnt require external power or rebar to be usable. And the cheapest budget card i can find the RX 6400 for $232 really don't seem worth
