I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this problem before.

Every time I boot my PC from Shutdown, I cannot connect to the internet. I need to disable/enable the Intel Ethernet Connection l217-V Adapter or wait a few minutes to have internet connection.

This only happens when I shutdown my PC; it does not affect restarts.

My specs are listed on the right --->

I'm using a CAT6 cable and did not have this problem before. This started happening when I reinstalled my OS to troubleshoot my previous GPU (RIP gtx 760).

I have re-installed my latest mobo and Ethernet Connection drivers but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Update: Windows 10 Update Fixed it :)

Maube can try to disable fast startup in your win10 power options.... some drivers might not load properly with fast startup....

12.15.xx.xx 7/1/2017 drivers. Is there a 22.9?

You can thank Windows 10. The updates broke ANS for driver versions prior to 22.3. You can download 22.9 from Intel as per below.

Thanks for all the help guys. I have installed the latest package 22.9 with Ethernet Adapter Driver 12.17.8.7, 9/29/2017.

But it's still not working. I do not want to re-install my OS again because of this. **sigh**
