I strongly recommend Faith Interior Design (ask for Chin Fei). Really good value for money and quality renovation work done. Entire cost of renovating my 5 room flat amounted to less than $20k.

$20k for entire 5-room is too good to be true...

i strongly recommend an ID call Lexus from KINGSVIEW INTERIOR . He's the one who renovate my sister house . he has no showroom but he let us go to his house as showroom . what he said is true also. showroom is for show what. the main thing is to show is the LIVE! residential house where he lives. he has a good point for this! my sister and i have a second thought , in fact what he say is true also. it's a pretty simple yet cosy type of house he lives. there's 2 dogs in also (love them so much!!) he took less than a month to complete my sister house and very professional too! next time when i got my BTO I'm looking for him too! he has a package inclusive of air con which i think is pretty cool and nice. if you're interested can pm me privately . i will message you his mobile number . hope it helps you guys a little

can also consider direct sub con. if you have a idea and design for the overall unit.

Cons would be, you have to coordinate the schedules, sequence amongst all the sub contactors so that their job would not crash.

Just sharing, my family recently just used ds2000 for d house renovation and i would recommend them as they are honest in about not soending on unnecessary stuff unlike other ID firms we have encountered which is veryvery bad experience.

To our surprise this contractor, highly recommended by her friend, is fairly young but with more than 10 years of experience, and very engaging. Very please with his service. Tried out this design firm, Hometech, for my house from friend's recommendation and i must say i am quite satisfied with them. They are quite down to earth and experienced, and can accommodate to my requests and budget. (and yeah i just joined their company last may)

Recently got my new BTO house key and was troubled as there are too many I.D firm in singapore and my friend recommend me interior times as he told me that their service and price is reasonable, so i went down to interior times at link @ amk, i was amazed by their showroom as it is very comfortable when i step into the showroom. This is where i met Bryan, i told him that their showroom is nice and comfortable and this is when i come to know that he is actually the boss. Bryan is very friendly and upon i told him what kind of design i want he give me genuine advice as some areas if do according to the design it want will look funny. i ask for his advice and he draft out the layout for me and i ask how much and upon finding out the price, i was shocked that how can it be so affordable. So i agree to engage Bryan, thru out the renovation, i do met with some minor issues however Bryan was there to help me to solve the issue and oversee the whole operation even though he was busy, he still make time to come down. To my surprise the renovation ended according to the within the time frame that Bryan give it to me and i was really happy with his work. i will recommend interior times to my friends and relatives as Bryan is friendly and he gives good advice so as to make your home nice and comfortable. Interior times Bryan, thank you so much for helping me when i have issues and give me advice, really thank you.
