Looks great within Apple’s own apps. Except Safari, only the borders are dark, whereas the main screen itself is still light.

Lack of support from third party apps as well

Ios 13 public beta 2 - upon selection of wallpaper in setting, then you go back to choose a new wallpaper, the column will turn grey and freeze / unresponsive.
Does it happen to developer beta 3?

3rd party apps will not have dark mode UNTIL iOS 13 is out of beta. There is no way to upload apps targeting iOS 13 until it is official.

Apple is so late..

Go a few apps support dark mode for a while now le.. like Twitter/Tweetbot etc
