Anyone also realised that the calendar event's alarm time doesn't match with the iPhone calendar events? I set 30mins reminder on my iPhone event and my MacBook shows the event but at 1hr alarm.

did u backup and restore after reset? need to reinstall apps or key in username/password in apps after restore? i am thinking of resetting the phone too.

Correct me if I am wrong but doing a restore will defeat the purpose of setting up as a new phone.
But that is a damming thing to setup as new phone. I would love to do it but the though of keying all the phone/app information again is a HUGE MONUMENTAL task

mine’s ok. most ppl not patient enough to wait it out. after an update e phone needs some time to carry out background tasks. leave it plugged in to power for a few hours it should be good.

did u retry to reboot the phone?

few days back FB froze on me. reboot the phone and no problem. i think 14.0.1 is still very buggy.

Normally new ios always have all issue think when it hit 14.1 version than would be less bug

Like ios 13. When hit 13.1 slight better (more stable)

i'm always on the beta, except 14.2beta. always no problem. even the 14.0 beta also no problem, but this 14.0.1 is quite problematic.

Nope, just factory reset and then do an iCloud backup restore.

Yup back up and restore. No need as all your apps will be re-installed automatically.
