iOS 6.1.4 out

Anyway I after updating the phone to 6.1.4
Seems that the battery life seems to be slightly better.
Usually from home to my work place, usually by now 80 plus percent. Now still in the 90range. Still mointoring to see if it really helps.

Reset setting also same, so by this day this time I would have been down to 70 plus 80 percent or even lower, now my phone still shows 92. The last reply I had is 93 percent. So I really dunno is the update or what. But to me it seems better. So I am quite happy.
Any other users feels that it has improved. Or it's still the same?

when Apple did not include "improve battery life" in the change log then there should not be any improvement in battery life and if you still feels there is an improvement then most likely is a placebo effect.

shsh is save from cydia so apt ticket is not vaild
i check all shsh only 6.1.3 is vaild and the rest is all 5.1.1 , 4.xx below ....

i do not wish to downgrade to ios 5 below since my backup is on ios 6

It seems to be as bad as before for me, as long as the phone is on cellular data it drains battery like crazy whether standby or in use.

after updating ytd, my phone becomes very hot. i rebooted the phone then it sort of cooled down, after awhile it became hot again.
There's no app running in the background.

Ya I also feel that this update seems to result in faster drain in battery

The change log didn't mention anything about enhancement of battery life. Something miscellaneous that they improved though.

I concur with he battery drain. It was only good for one day after the update but nowy phone keeps getting hot while surfing on 3G. Every minute 1% would go, despite me killing all background apps.

I think 6.1.3 was much better for battery life .. Now my iPhone can't seems to last a day now.

The battery life sucks to the Max now. Fully charged at 1am this morning I woke up at 730am I'm left with 77%. Zzzzz

that's the wonder of not connected to any of Singapore's networks. i'm currently overseas with voice roaming turned ON and data roaming turned OFF.

I charged to 100% at ard 8am now I am left with 35%. What I did was just surfing on e net and watsapp. Damn drainer. Apple engineers wake up!!
