another bug in iOS 7.

wallpaper move and rescale doesnt work. it kept zooming and no matter how i pinch to rescale it, it still zoom back.

Having the same problem as you. Photo can't seem to scale properly, always jumping back to original size.

This is not a bug.
It's zoomed in for the parallax effect.

last night the status bar on top (carrier, battery, time, etc.) disappeared for no rhyme or reason on my home screen.

had to reboot to get it back

Next time this happens. Try pressing your home button twice bringing up the multitasking screen. tap on your home screen again.

How do i access iTunes radio? I cannot find it anywhere. Not even in music? Do i have to download an app or purchase it?

iTunes Radio only for US account now. It's embedded inside the music app

they will slowly open up to all markets.

as SG itunes sell songs too, it could be quick as this service is meant to get you to buy songs from itunes + ads revenue.

It sucks to have my photo collage wallpaper to be zoomed in until border cannot see

Mine is the same actually. Not much difference. It still last me thru the night till I reach office to charge. I charge my iphone 5 around 2pm, unplug around 6pm and till the next day when the cycle repeat itself

email management - in ios6 we have option to set limit to no. of email to show.
this feature seems to be missing in ios7? or is it hidden somewhere?

i off the motion feature and background apps refresh as well. . this 2 drains the most out of the battery.

just tried it out today and my battery is almost on par with my previous installation with ios6

Saving battery tips:

1. Disable the parallax function (yeah your pretty icons and background moves, just a little)
Settings>General>Accessibility>Reduce motion>On

2. Disable background apps refresh
Settings>General>Background App Refresh>Off

3. Disable certain location based services (you don't want them anyway)
Settings>Privacy>>System Services>
Diagnostics & Usage>Off
Location-Based iAds>Off
Popular Near Me>Off
Setting TIme Zone>Off (unless u travel really a lot through time zones)
Traffic>Off

4. Disable airdrop (i think quite a number of people don't use this)
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the control centre, select Airdrop, select Off. This prevents the constant scanning for an airdrop source or target.

Its entirely up to you if you wish to retain the above settings, whether you need them or you want them. But it does save considerable battery life when you stop all that auto scanning going on all the time.
