I suggest u downgrade now. they might stop signing firmware during the week. who knows.

The only iOS device I update to 9.3 is my iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.

My iPad Air 2, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus & iPod touch 5th gen stays at iOS 8.4.
Then the rest all iOS 7.
