I have the ios 9.02 firmware downloaded in iTunes , so now I use that to upgrade it isn't considered as OTA right???

Using Pangu v1 and jailbreak will ease..

I am trying to update to IOS9.02 and I have downloaded the 9.02 update a few days back stored in iTunes, now I click update it says contacting the update server and takes quite long
