Don't know yet , but they are likely capping your cards at lvl 9 commons , lvl 7 rares , lvl 4 epics and lvl1 legendaries

so once you can reach legendary arena , it might be an idea to diversify and get all your cards to tournament levels to give yourself more options during tournaments
