I’m most likely upgrading this year, my iPP 9.7 is barely making it for my day to day tasks

Might consider upgrading my 2018 model, but mine still have AppleCare+ until March next year.

Actually the 2018 model still very good. If i were to change, i go for bigger size. Currently on 11” iPad Pro. my mbp died for quite sometime and I didn’t really miss it. (Phew)

To me, portability is the main factor for an iPad. Before this 2018 Pro, I had the 2017 10.5" Pro and before that, was using mini all the way since the first gen mini. I find the 11" screen perfect size and no point for me getting 12.9" because it's a little too large for an iPad. Besides, I'm using a 13" MBP and also have a 15" one.

Safari, going through my budget app.
I can't even play games on it anymore without it heating up like mad.
Speaking of Safari, even Safari lags when opening up javascript intensive pages.
When using Darkroom for editing images, the images take a long while to load, to be processed and even saved.

From time to time, spotlight will freeze, wait a bit before the keyboard pops up.
And the list goes on...

You're due for an upgrade already, these are obvious signs. In fact, should've upgraded a while back.

12” is too big for my usage.
