yes confirm correct, ipaymy send me payment advice and i emailed it to iras and they acknowledged the payment, lucky i got keep my payment in excel, otherwise with sporadic payment off and on very hard to reconcile, never take it for granted iras can recv all paymen from ipaymy

For those who are interested, I used iPayMy to pay >$500 for insurance last month using Citi SMRT CC, no rebate.....

I paid my $8 "school" fees so that you dun have to .....

UOB ABSOLUTE CASHBACK 1.7% allows education and insurance payments

although ipaymy + UOB One 5% gives better rate after admin fee, you must time your quarters very properly

anyone encounter where payment was made by ipaymy but iRAS didnt show balance after 2 weeks? in this case how will iras do the reconcilation?

I did not see the transaction being registered in IRAS, or gotten an email from iPaymy to confirm it was carried out successfully by Thursday. But this morning I checked IRAS, transaction has been recorded ....

Usually, iPaymy is very prompt. I wonder what is different this time round.....

ipaymy sent me their payment advice and its iras who missed it out, in the end they able to reconcile my funds, imagine if no spreadsheet, pay liao iras account balance also wont know if payment is received.

You can request ipaymy to give you bank transaction ref number.

yah thats what i did. i used to take it for granted and assume whatever amt i paid via ipaymy to IRAS will appear in the account balance and do sporadic payments off and on without checking if its reflected. from now on need to be extra careful.

The hiccup could be at iPaymy or IRAS side.

I also go and check after I see your post. Luckily mine got no issue. Reflected at IRAS website without any issues.

If you're saying normal rates its 2.25% using GET225 code which has been valid for the past 2 years and going.
