Can share how u pay the mindef insurance using iPayMy? What's do u indicate under note to supplier - your NRIC? The bank account is DBS 0039001886 (i.e. what ipaymy listed for Aviva mindef)?

Follow ipaymy instructions, use NRIC. Done.

Anyone successfully made payment through ipaymy to singlife recently for their term insurance plans (not grow) that they offered previously?

Sorry, I seem to be encountering technical difficulties with ipaymy. For the monthly payments I've been doing up till September, this has never occurred to me.

When we make a payment, there will be this SMS verification code sent by our bank to our phone to key in right? After ipaymy has made recent changes this month, the popup shows up but remains blank on my screen. I have already tried disabling all my extensions...went into incognito etc. But nothing works.

I already tried contacting them for support but none of their suggestions are working.

Anyone able to help?

UPDATE: I've managed to isolate the issue. For some reason this only happens when I try to pay with a UOB card. Very strange because I have been using it all along. I tried switching to a DBS card and it worked. Did anyone try paying with a UOB card recently?

Mine is set to charge to UOB card every month. But no need to key in OTP.
