Not resolved yet. On my original computer, the payment window is still always blank. I even tried on my phone mobile browser before - also doesn't work. But for some reason, it works on my old laptop. The problem is damn weird, I can't narrow down on what's really causing this issue. Too many possibilities...

1. ipaymy website? (updated interface?)
2. UOB side?
3. browser? (type of browser? must be incognito?)

What's frustrating is, why do we have to go to all these funny extent just to make payment

One thing I did notice was, I think some time in Oct 2021 when ipaymy updated their interface and T&C, this problem suddenly cropped up.

Previously use on any computer, any browser also no problem

Not clear if can use both promo code?

That is, this month I use TAX2022 (1.75%) , then followed by TAX2022R (1.85%) from next month ....

Already used both code. Can work. Set up TAX2022R till next year march and TAX2022 for 1 time payment.

those who using ipaymy to pay tax to IRAS... which day do you set the due date as, so that IRAS will receive the payment from ipaymy before they activate GIRO?

specifically, if income tax is due on 6th of every month (assuming working day), when is a safe date to indicate due date? from their FAQ.. they said at least 5 working days.

so it looks like have to set due date as towards the end of the preceding month?

so take for example:
6 May (Fri) - due date for IRAS
29 Apr (Fri) - due date for iPaymy to pay to IRAS
28 Apr (Thu) - card being charged by iPaymy?

you mean need to setup by 31 March? or can enjoy till 31 March 2023?

i saw the other thread.. it says can enjoy the 1.85% until 31 March 2023...

anyway don't think most people would have settled their taxes so fast by the end of March leh...
