After minus the ezlink top up , did u meet the 5 transactions and the minimum spend?

Ya ah, I have at least 5 top up for my grab pay. I'm oso using for cold storage and m1 bill payments.

go and minus all your ez link ones and see if you got hit the 500 or 1000 minimally each month for the quarterly period unique to your bill cycle.

if you hit and still not getting the rebate, take it up with uob. there has been no issues with iPayMy thus far, you're the first to say it doesn't count.

May I ask when did this happen for you? I have been using BOC for ipaymy since Jan till March... It was working for me though...




You can actually call BOC to ask them to compute for you... I was informed that they go by the MCC code of the merchant... Unless the MCC category for ipaymy changed...

Sorry I missed this. Not sure if it helps, but it was for a Dec18 payment via BOC Qoo10 card.
