Sorry, I seem to be encountering technical difficulties with ipaymy. For the monthly payments I've been doing up till September, this has never occurred to me.

When we make a payment, there will be this SMS verification code sent by our bank to our phone to key in right? After ipaymy has made recent changes this month, the popup shows up but remains blank on my screen. I have already tried disabling all my extensions...went into incognito etc. But nothing works.

I already tried contacting them for support but none of their suggestions are working.

Anyone able to help?

UPDATE: I've managed to isolate the issue. For some reason this only happens when I try to pay with a UOB card. Very strange because I have been using it all along. I tried switching to a DBS card and it worked. Did anyone try paying with a UOB card recently?

same issue here, been using UOB card for payment, this time the OTP popup appeared but shows nothing and can't make payment. Can anyone help?

Hey bro, the issue has not been resolved yet. And ipaymy doesn't seem to take this seriously either. They just told me that they're checking with the bank and there has not been any concrete solution from their side.

You can either use a different bank card, or try using other browsers (and try each one on different modes).

Maybe you can help to feedback to them too? With more people banging on their table, they'll have a greater sense of urgency to resolve it. It's rather stupid for their platform to not work on just UOB cards while it works seamlessly for other cards.

ipaymy customer service take years to repond. if cannot pay with my uob one card, maybe time to switch to cardup

Weird, my monthly scheduled payment to UOB card still work fine.
It seems scheduled payments not affected.

only one time payment which requires OTP popup got issue. the popup appears but it's blank, and no sms received either

bro, ipaymy cso responded, issue solved by using another laptop, so i guess it could be cache issue

But I also already tried clearing cache and using Incognito leh. Doesn't work.

And it's rather stupid to have to always use another laptop to do the payments. Damn inefficient.

I got mine within 10min after completing the survey ....

Check if the email was directed to "spam" folder ....
