Yes encountering. This was added silently in the Sept tnc change and rebates were affected from then on. I don't undstd how my spending on ipaymy is non-personal especially when it's personal payments and not paying for company matters.

nope, no exclusion of "payment service provider" for uob one card. Quite sure this was the clause that exclude rebate for uob evol.
