A question to those who bought their iPhone through Starhub and opted for home delivery:

Will the delivery man/staff unseal the packaging and check the phone?

Can you take delivery without unsealing and opening the box at all? Like SingTel. Or M1 if you choose the Popstation option.

Thanks :)

it's not the normal to unseal and check the phone for deliveries.

When I purchased from StarHub, the delivery guy asked me to open and check the phone

You have the right to open and check. Some will ask you to open and check and some won’t

Upgrade my ip11 to 13.3, and I suffered fast battery drain.
Prior to iOS upgrade, the battery was so much better.
Anyone has this issue?

The norm is they will open and ask u to check on the spot before signing off just like in purchasing at the store. Some delivery guy are better and more understanding that they allow u to take the phone sealed.
Above is starhub policy and I call in and question them on this before as I mentioned to them as long I sign it off and any issue with the phone after that will be between me and apple so why they have to insist on u sealing it.
Their reply is not to my satisfactory as they just mention this is their policy.
I do understand them also as the delivery guy is not directly under starhub so if later on the item was swoop before handing over to you and some customer will insist that starhub to be liable for whatever issue that is on the device. So end of the day it's those black sheeps who forced starhub to implement certain control measure.
So we have to pray and hope the delivery guy is nice enough if not LLST.

Anyone upgraded from Xs to 11 Pro (Non-max)? Is the battery life a lot better?
