No issue here.

Don’t turn it off. It only resets the calibration. You train it by adjusting it to whatever brightness in different ambient brightness.

Also are you using a screen protector that covers the sensor suite on the display?

I do have similar issues on auto brightness too. It tends to become quite dark when I am on the MRT, and become too bright when in the dark, I had to manual adjust a few times per day. Not sure is it because I just had the phone for a few days so it is still sort of "learning" now.

I am using Spigen full screen protector (black border), not sure does it block the sensor suite though.

If you are juggling between games then it might happen. In applications I rarely see it. I cycle between Twitter, Instagram. Messages. WhatsApp, Telegram. COD mobile, Apple Music, Discord. Photos and Camera, Revolut, Grab and Wallet.

Most of the times Games don’t survive staying completely loaded if you have gone through a few apps.

I read a few comments from youtube videos. Some people were saying some apps they use closed when they pick up calls/switch to another app etc. Idk if its an ios13 issue?

Oh and also what do u think abt applecare? Is it worth it? For the fact u still have to pay a fee for repairs on top of the $300 already paid?

Guys, is pd=quick charge ? Some of the anker and aukey products got green USB ports or orange usb ports. These ports will not quick charge the iphone 8 upwards right? So only usb c pd will quick charge the iphones ?

Power delivery is not Quick charge. For iphone fast charge, you need a power delivery charger with a USB-C to lighting for fast charge.

Btw just a side note. I went to tried P4XL last week at Bugis junction. Those that are thinking of jumping from iphone to P4XL... i think you can just give up this idea. Just stick to a iphone 11, or have more to spare, get the 11 pro or simply stick back to your XS. They are so much better than the P4XL.

In fact, i went down stair Sony outlet, their Xperia 1 and Xperia 5 are still better than the P4XL.

If i have to take, i rather take the Xperia 1 or 5 over the P4XL.

No woo factor. I only like the back design. Everything else just feel normal same as any pixel phone. Unlike the Xperia i saw. It really gave me the WOO feeling.

The Soli Radar is quite a good step forward and has potential for other things to be implemented in future. Google assistant with the P4 seems quite awesome too.

Connected the 11 pro max and opened up the Photos app in the MBP. There is always that few 'new photos' in the iPhone and it is still under new photos even if I already had imported them in. Anyone have the workaround solution to this problem?

I like the design. The matte black chassis is quite grippy. But what’s inside the phone and what it can do is pretty underwhelming. The gesture feature doesn’t feel groundbreaking at all.
