read in previous post that getting AppleCare from Alab has 10% discount? is there anywhere which offer higher discount? Considering getting AppleCare and using the phone without a case :s12:

Apple retail stores offer 10% too on applecare+ for EPP

So the first batch of oled panel is supply by Samsung while the following batch will be by boe

Wondering how much differences in quality will be for the next batch.

everyone has their own preferences when it comes to size. thats why apple has 3 sizes. ip12 should work for most people.

while i don't have a 12mini to try. my psaj casing for 12mini already in hand. and i must say I like the size very very much. it feels like a ip7 without any casing.

Yup, it's quite similar to the ip6-8 & se(2020) based on this video. My only concern now is the battery life tho..

used to be a fan of PSAJ, but don’t you find that the quality seems to have gone down? and it scratches your sides

just took out psaj rubber black on 11pro. no scratches.
But on 11, psaj is not a tight fit and actually moves/flexes depending on how you grip it. i felt the same movement on a friend's 11PM. and these movement and flex can potentially scratch.

got psaj ruber black again as it is probably the thinnest with grip and protection. spigen's thin fit was a close favourite for 11 but top and bottom exposed

when i had my hands on with the ip12 and 12pro at istudio. the gold 12pro bottom was pretty badly scratched near the lightning connector but all the 12 no scratches i can see.... so get pro will definitely have to baby the units

source?

from what i read, LG is suppling for 12, samsung for 12mini, 12pro and 12PM.

http://www.thelec.net/news/articleView.html?idxno=1708

BOE was suppose to come online for the 12 as as well but heard they couldn't met apple tests.

Also, previous rumours were for 12mini and 12PM to have the y-octa tech which has the touch integrated into the display panel. and samsung is the only company with this tech that can produce at scale at this point in time.

edit:
it seems BOE is now shipping 6.1" display to apple for iphone 12. iphone 12 display lottery starting soon :)

rubber black is the best of the best ever, thin, grippy, yet slips in and out of pockets super nicely

used PSAJ from 3GS days

Samsung S21 gonna follow Apple for ditching the adaptor and earphones. Gsmarena
We already knew Samsung would follow, even with their sad trolling. They have a chance to come out ahead of Apple though, they love to bundle freebies with their preorders so all they need to do is to throw in a charger and everybody’s happy. Box is smaller but you still get a charger separately. In any case pretty much everybody should already have a USB-C charger so this isn’t as big a deal, I think.

It would be great is Power Support can bring back their flat edged bumpers, like they used to have for iPhone 5/5S. Can use it to cover the glossy frame without covering the excellent matte back of the Pro series.
