Wah , M1 decided to terminate 5G NSA for 5G SA roll out, iPhone 12 just turned into a 4G phone.
There's always Singtel and StarHub. But if you're sticking to M1 then might be out of luck. I'm also using M1 5G NSA for iPad Pro.
