Where did you buy it from? If from Apple Store, go down and change for a new set.

Both no penalty. This is really for those we buy in large quantities.

I suggest, if you can buy online and go down to collect. In fact if you don't like the colour can return on the spot and change a new colour if got stock. That's what I did on Day 1. Ordered the deep blue iPhone 12, didn't like it and changed to white when I went there to collect.

That is the beauty of buying from Apple Store. The 14 day return/exchange policy. Otherwise people will just buy from other retailers where they can earn rewards points, get PIP deals etc.

sweee... pre-orderin 12mini but cannot decide between black or white. Will take up your suggestion to order black, during collection if don't like then change to white.

I suggest you take the earliest slot to go collect. When you are there, tell the specialist you are not so sure about the colour and want to go in and see and maybe exchange. Then follow instructions.. :s13::s13:

I'm sure I'm going to get the Pro. It's the size that I am still going back and forth on.

I used to own the Xs Max. Sold it after 6 months cos too heavy. Watch YouTube in bed snooze off, hit the face damn painful.. :s13::s13:
