looking to get some advice on getting a iPhone 12 pro via Singtel online.

I was thinking, if the phone that we get via iPhone 12 has issue ( eg, dead pixel, crashing or defective) then can we still get a 1-1 exchange with Singtel? or we have to bring down to apple?

otherwise would it be better to go to the physical shop and get it, at least if anything wrong can do an on the spot exchange?

If u recon and deliver to your house, can unbox and check it on the spot with the presence of the delivery guy. Any issue ask him to take back immediately if u choose to unbox it later, then ya u need to bring down to singtel to change

Hi guys, can I check if you are facing any issue with whatsapp call? I am using ip 12 pro max. The other party cannot listen to me clearly. Buut when I try with Huawei the whatsapp call can hear clearly.

My 12pm wifi speed at home on Singtel 1 gb plan only get around 90mbps download speed. On 4g outside only 33mbps...

While my iPad Air 2020 and Asus nb score 800 plus...so it isn’t router problem.

I am on m1 1gb plan, tested using 12p can only reach near 90 mbps
While on 4g starhub can reach 120mbps

me no expert but...after changing from Singtel Aztech to Asus Tuf3000...

Both desktop pc...direct cable dl speed improved frm @750 to 900 plus mbps.

Ipad air 2020 improved from about 400 to 800mbps (bigger improvement likely due to wifi 6)

As for IP12PM, i'm experiencing lower then usual speed...guess can be solve with an IOS update?

If you have newer devices...or intended to get new device with wifi 6,
then i guess its good to get a wifi 6 router.

Just tested mine on Singtel 1Gbps, 335Mbps download and 381Mbps upload.

May I know if anyone else has this delay waiting for phone to unlock from Face ID to passcode screen? My wife ip12 has this issue where it takes like a couple second more to transition screens before she can enter passcode, my ip12 is almost immediately

Is there a fingerprint sensor or TouchID in Iphone 12 Pro Max? I'm contemplating on switching from android to ios. I scan my fingerprint to access SingPass and many other applications. Quite essential I would say, especially during this pandemic when we have to wear masks.
