New mini is pretty decent. Its feels no difference from my old iPhone 8. And somewhat lighter than my iPhone X.

Did my setup by restoring from iCloud. All done within an hour.

Using iTunes for windows? Try change USB port to the one on mobo

have done many times liao.

change new usb port, change cable,

use original cable (usb a) , use original cable (usb c), change port again

no matter how many times i do and change also the same thing

I returned last Friday and DHL website says it's delivered to them on Monday
But until today the on Apple's website it still says "Please prepare item for pickup"
Both the "Received by Carrier" and "Received by Apple" is still greyed out
