They’re not even sure if touch id will make it to IP14 let alone 13. What we know for sure is narrower notch.

Latest rumour is IF touch ID comes back, it will be on Pro series as a 2 in 1 i.e. you need both face id AND touch id together for “military grade” encryption.

Good news from security POV but unlocking phone with mask on still a pain.

Starting with the 2022 iPhones, Apple is expected to make some major design changes. iPhones will no longer have a notch, with Apple instead adopting a punch-hole design that's previously been used for some Android devices, including Samsung smartphones.

There goes “in screen camera” for no notch. Lol.

In addition, it may come with a titanium alloy frame (or body) for the Pro models.

Maybe Apple will send the invites tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

Using mini LED display? Doesn't sound right.
Same as that on the M1 iPad Pro. Offers superior peak brightness and high contrast ratio (deeper blacks) through local dimming. Would be useful for producing a brighter and more visible screen under our strong tropical sunlight.

Not surprised if iP13 offers it, but not a dealbreaker for me, though I must say that even iP12PM’s peak brightness cannot overcome sunlight’s reflection occasionally.
