I installed Adblock Pro

But the ads on top and bottom of hwz are not blocked

Does it happened on wifi or mobile data? If wifi, try using mobile data?

About offing the Bluetooth under the TT app is not the solution
Just swap up the app to close it whenever you’re done with TT
It’ll not run in the background

I feel like it’s a glitch, I see it occasionally on my X on iOS 15.

Realised by leaving the App Store/bank apps open would warm the phone too
Warming goes away after I closed the mentioned apps

I denied "location access" and "local network" access for POSB app. No warming when using it

Was browsing through reddit and saw some had defects on their phones. you guys might want to check if you have them.
You can see there’s a gap that’s quite noticeable, and some can fit piece of paper between them.

Had my first experience of using restoring instead of setting up as new for the new 13PM.

The process was hassle free and convenient. However days later, there was an message about needing to use the other line whenever I make calls from my call logs. In the subsequent days, the back of the 13PM would get warm and the battery level dropped faster than usual.

Decided to re-set up once and for all and now, everything works right after that.

maybe redundant files from old phone gets transferred as well

Not exactly sure if it’s coincidence but I also faced the phone warming issues on Safari etc, installed Adblocker and from there no issues already.

I didnt monitor the drop explicitly. I realised the drop was more than usual based on my usage.

For the first few days, battery would stay consistently at about 85% at 12 noon after I remove it from charger at 7am. That day, it dropped to about 75% and the back of the phone felt warm when I used safari on HWZ and FB - regular usage and routine online activities. The back continued to feel warm after I restarted the phone and the battery dropped another few notches.

I dont play games on my phone and felt uneasy with the back getting warm just by using safari and FB. Nothing was changed days prior to that. Also, coupled with that call message about using the other line, I decided to re-set up as new. Now, it performs as expected. Battery level drops consistently based on my usage and the phone stays cool.

For new phone, the battery would be 'learning' your usage and calibrating. I would give it a week to stablise and if the battery drops start to get inconsistent or the phone get warm for no apparent reasons, I would find something is amiss then.

i got no issues with safari as i use it to read manga. i often use it for a few hrs per day

i am using adguard pro.

the only warming issue is from 9gag lol

it's good, it blocks all ads including ads in the apps, including youtube in safari

Now that you've mentioned, I went to check and fortunately no such gap on my 13 Pro Max, and neither do I have it on my 12 Pro Max.
