Thank you for the warm welcome mates. I have been a iPhone user for quite awhile and these last 2 years have been innovating especially with the thermals Vapour chamber and the aperture camera. Are the 3 apple stores the only official places in Singapore for apple products or is there anywhere with better promotions?

Courts, Harvey Norman, Challenger and Best Denki all have some pay later discounts with Shopee, but unless you managed to get an early slot they don't usually have fewer allocations I think.

Accessories wise apple stores have the most variety but Shopee and Lazada and Taobao should have the best deals

Yes, MBS, Orchard & Jewel are the 3 official Apple Stores in SG.
There's of course distributors, retailers etc. that you can get Apple products from too like iStudio, Switch+, Courts, Harvey Norman, Gain City, Best Denki, and Challenger etc.
The ones you see online on Shopee/Lazada are not directly from Apple IIRC.

There's no official Apple distributors/retailers in SLS so please avoid there if you want to purchase original worry-free Apple products. Though there's Apple Authorised Service Providers for repairs.

Getting from Courts is such a scam btw.

Walked into a Courts (shall not name where) and asked for the iPhone Pro Max 256 GB burgundy and the lady told me no stock, need wait about 1 month. But she says if I buy the Courts warranty (300+, similar to AppleCare), can get the stock tomorrow. Lol like that also can.

I set up iPhone from scratch without restoring any data or photos, and it still took a full ~24 hours for the indexing to complete.

Same ~ I setup new without restoring anything. 89% now still.
