Last time they had a physical shop in ion. Must be rental screw them up pretty badly. Sad to see that their service becomes like this now

If i'm not wrong they used to have a small cube in toy outpost at scape there as well. Not sure if they still have that small space tho..

The funny thing is ... email reply never receive ar... all the promos and ads from them keep coming...

Last time ordering from Aconcept... I would rather spend more to get better service!

Local order also need to take so long... i pity those overseas...

I still emailed them few weeks back on self collection and COD since we are all based in Singapore - outright NO....

not sure what they are thinking, if can save of shipping to us the amount saved can be transfer to both parties - win-win... die die wanna mail over.... don know is dodgy or wht...

if no reply from their email by end week I going to withdraw my Sword 5+ order from paypal dispute liao :s27:

the bro with DNA alloy case says his shipping was fast. i sense miscommunication?

i waited for my SWORD 5 for about 1 month during the launch of iphone 5, but i understand it was pre-order.

the color I ordered in their website is not on pre-order what.... what talking u.... :s22:

be it miscomm or what, no email reply when I ask for ETA is sure not any gd service.... :s27:
